Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing & Delivery

We hustle to get your order out fast:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and most of Asia.

Our Rugged Return Promise

If your gear doesn’t meet your trail expectations, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our no-nonsense return policy works:

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Requirements: Proof of purchase must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bike Tubes (once installed)
  • Bike Tires showing signs of trail use
  • Any products with removed tags or damaged packaging

How to Return an Item

Getting your return rolling is as smooth as a well-maintained drivetrain:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you’re returning
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email return directions within 24-48 hours
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Philly HQ (you cover shipping unless it’s our error)

Return Shipping Tips

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: 5-10 business days to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new gear as soon as we process the return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives with issues (rare, but it happens):

  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We’ll cover return shipping and send replacements faster than you can say “singletrack”
